We are in network with Optum (UMR/UHC), Aetna, and Cigna commercial insurance plans.  Private pay is also available for patients who prefer not to bill insurance.  We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.  We also accept Health Service Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.  Private pay clients can divide payment into 3 payments.  Private pay for therapy is due immediately after each session and will be charged using your card on file.

Academic testing will not be covered by insurance companies.  Academic testing added onto a neuropsychological evaluation can cost $300-400, and a complete academic evaluation (with no neuropsychological testing) ranges from $750-1200.  These payments can be divided into two payments, due at the time of the testing and the date of the feedback.  If you are looking for testing for school admissions, a cognitive and academic evaluation with a brief report may be needed.  This service is not covered by insurance.  A fee can be discussed based on your specific needs.
